CHAMPS

A fast-scaling global CX platform reaches enterprise maturity, and Unspecials aligns its brand to carry that authority into its next stage of growth.

Unspecials didn't just refresh how we look. They gave us a visual language that finally matches the scale of what we've built.

Mahir TüzünFounder & CEO, Champs

Founded in Istanbul in 2021, Champs grew in five years from a local customer experience startup into a global flexible workforce platform, connecting enterprise clients with a distributed network of over 50,000 professionals across 30 or more languages. Its FlexCX model, anchored by a purpose-built Work Innovation Campus in Izmir and trusted by organizations including Microsoft, Vodafone, Shell and Lenovo, now represents a genuinely differentiated approach to enterprise customer experience. Champs engaged Unspecials to ensure its brand carried the same authority as its operating model.

The company’s growth had outpaced its brand system. Champs had earned enterprise-grade credibility through performance, yet its visual identity, content and market narrative still spoke in the register of a local CX vendor. The opportunity was precise: translate five years of operational proof into a brand capable of opening enterprise conversations on its own terms, particularly as Champs expanded across EMEA and into the United States.

Unspecials approached the engagement as a strategic refinement rather than a rebrand, working across three interlocking systems: enterprise positioning, defining what Champs is; visual identity, defining how it appears; and content architecture, defining how it explains itself. The new positioning names Champs a Flexible Enterprise Management company, built around three value pillars, flexibility, accountability and speed, replacing vendor language with the vocabulary of a strategic operations partner.

That positioning shift required equal discipline in the visual system. Champs’ category is visually saturated, with most competitors converging on similar high-intensity color systems that signal parity rather than leadership.

Unspecials moved Champs toward restraint: a more sophisticated, desaturated palette designed to read as enterprise-grade calm rather than competitive noise, paired with a refined wordmark and symbol built for consistency across digital, print and environmental applications at any scale. Photography shifted in parallel, replacing generic, task-based imagery of headsets and call floors with a modern representation of the global, distributed workforce Champs actually enables.

The evolved brand now gives Champs a system built to perform in enterprise sales conversations, investor conversations and talent markets simultaneously, positioning the company to convert five years of proven operational excellence into a commercially credible growth story as it scales into new markets.
