A globally recognized executive in operations and service delivery transformation, and a Harvard Business School alum, Vitor brings over two decades of experience leading complex operational transformations across healthcare, technology, and business services. His career spans leadership roles across the United States, Brazil, the Philippines, and Europe, where he has consistently helped organizations scale with purpose — balancing efficiency, impact, and sustainable growth.

In his role as advisor, Vitor will support Unspecials in advancing its platform strategy, particularly in key markets like the United States, while also guiding the development of its SaaS infrastructure and fractional workforce layer. His leadership will help enhance operational capacity, strengthen platform design, and ensure scalable, inclusive, and quality-first service delivery for both creatives and enterprise clients.
