Unspecials developed the full brand—from naming to identity system—for _Action, a bold new entrant in the digital consulting space. The task wasn’t simply to design a logo or build a site—it was to define a brand philosophy that could inspire transformation across an evolving industry.
We began with a single word: Action. Chosen for its clarity and momentum, the name underscores urgency and execution—what every modern IT leader needs to thrive. By placing the underscore before it—_Action—we anchored the brand in the language of code, systems, and digital logic. At the same time, we opened up a dynamic identity system: interAction, satisfAction, transAction. A brand that could flex, speak, and scale.
The identity builds on this modular logic. The underscore becomes a signature design device across content, motion, and communications. A restrained typographic system and bold monochrome palette are balanced by a refreshing green accent, signaling clarity, freshness, and transformation. Together, they project a brand that’s confident, focused, and ready to move.
