THE HARD PIVOT
Rewiring the Growth Framework. What to automate, what to audit, and how to lead when execution is a commodity.
Technology evolves fast. Frameworks endure.
METARKETING® LIVE is a peer council for Growth Leaders and CMOs redefining marketing as a revenue operating system, not a function.
Execution is automated, content is infinite, and data is abundant. The scarce resource is leadership architecture.
Determine what to automate, what to audit, and what to protect to navigate the next decade of disruption.
• The Audit: Stripping away legacy drag.
• The Architecture: Building systems that scale with AI.
• The Alpha: Finding the human signal in a sea of automated noise.
Speakers
Across focused sessions grounded in real leadership accountability rather than theory, senior marketing, growth, C-level, and global operations leaders share how they are navigating the structural shift created by AI.
The conversations focus on:
• Leadership frameworks beyond execution advantage
• One integrated revenue operating system across marketing, sales, product, and operations
• Decision architecture over output volume
• Scaling speed without scaling fragmentation
• Repositioning the CMO as growth architect

What does it mean to build a "Revenue Operating Framework" in 2026?
It means leading growth in a world where technical barriers have vanished. When anyone can execute, your edge is Judgment Architecture. We focus on the only three moves that still matter: what to protect (your core), what to develop (your edge), and what to automate (the noise).
Why is this conversation urgent now?
Because AI adoption is already happening inside organizations, often without leadership clarity. METARKETING® LIVE creates space to step back, compare perspectives, and make intentional choices before habits, structures, and roles harden.
'Metarketing®': The Big Reset Of Marketing
Metarketing® isn’t about doing more marketing or chasing technology. It’s about redefining marketing as a revenue operating system rather than a department. By eliminating silos, Metarketing aligns brand, sales, product, and operations into a single, coherent growth engine.
When execution becomes automated, leadership becomes the real differentiator. That is where Metarketing® begins.
