Gesner Filoso has built a career spanning two decades as a global creative and marketing executive in the Customer Experience (CX), Creative, and BPO industries. He has overseen marketing, creative, and operations teams across the Americas, EMEA, and Asia-Pacific regions.

Gesner is the visionary founder of Unspecials™, a new creative, storytelling, and design studio aimed at empowering overlooked creative talents from underprivileged communities to discover their unique paths and grow. Previously, he held the position of Global Marketing EVP at Teleperformance Group (TEP:EN Paris) and served in various leadership roles at Foundever (formerly Sitel), most recently as Global Head of Brand Strategy and Communications. In these roles, Gesner led global branding, communication, performance marketing, and transformation initiatives. He was also responsible for managing promotional campaigns, content, creative services, events, partnering closely with top-tier global brands.

Additionally, Gesner co-founded the EMEA Marketing & Brand Strategy Council and is a former member of the Forbes Communication Council. He actively advises and serves on the boards of rapidly growing startups, including a leading Brazilian HealthTech company pioneering AI for early cancer detection and prevention. Originally from Brazil and now based in Europe for over 15 years, Gesner brings a wealth of multicultural insights and strategic vision to his ventures.

Danny Kuijvenhoven is a technology executive and international keynote speaker known for bridging cutting edge AI with human centered leadership. As Chief Technology Officer for EMEA and APAC at Teleperformance, he leads large scale AI driven transformation across diverse markets, accelerating growth, operational efficiency, and next generation customer experience innovation.

Curious by nature and execution focused by design, Danny turns bold ideas into scalable, enterprise ready solutions that create measurable impact for clients, customers, and employees alike. Previously serving as Global Head of AI and Head of Digital Transformation EMEA, Danny has been instrumental in scaling Generative AI adoption and embedding innovation into core business strategy. A globally recognized executive in operations and service delivery transformation, Vitor brings more than two decades of experience leading complex initiatives across healthcare, technology, and business services. His career spans leadership roles in the United States, Brazil, the Philippines, and Europe, where he has consistently helped organizations scale with purpose and deliver outcomes that balance efficiency, impact, and growth.

As an advisor to Unspecials, Vitor is helping advance the company’s global platform strategy, with a focus on key markets such as the United States. He is also guiding the development of Unspecials’ SaaS infrastructure and global fractional workforce layer. His leadership is strengthening operational capacity, enhancing platform design, and ensuring scalable, quality-first service delivery for both creatives and enterprise clients.

Rinaldo Guazzelli

Rinaldo has built a career spanning over two decades in general management and operations leadership across the healthcare, customer experience, services and contact center industries. With deep expertise in startups and financial turnaround strategies, he has led teams across Americas, playing a critical role in driving expansion and sustainable growth.

Rinaldo has held senior leadership roles at multinational giants such as UnitedHealth Group and Optum, and served as Executive Director at Previneo, leading strategic operations and transformation initiatives. At Foundever (formerly Sitel/Acticall), he spent over 17 years in executive roles, including CEO Brasil, SVP South America, and Country Manager of Portugal and Panama, where he successfully opened new markets and drove regional expansion.

Originally from Brazil, Rinaldo also serves as a Board Advisor and Managing Partner of Unspecials™ in Brazil, supporting the company’s mission to empower creative talents from underserved communities.

Rinaldo’s international career includes leading multicultural teams, navigating complex operational challenges, and enabling cross-border business development. He brings a solid track record in startup scaling, operational turnaround, and customer-focused strategy.

Amit Shankardass

Amit Shankardass is a global sales and growth marketing executive with more than two decades of experience leading revenue acceleration, go-to-market strategy, and customer engagement for large, complex, multinational organizations. He has built and scaled high-performing sales and marketing teams across geographies, service lines, and industries, consistently delivering measurable business impact.

As of February 2026, Amit serves as Chief Marketing Officer at Transcom, where he leads global marketing strategy, brand, demand generation, and sales enablement. His focus is on aligning marketing and sales to drive sustained growth, strengthen enterprise positioning, and accelerate pipeline performance in support of next-generation customer engagement and technology-enabled services.

Previously, Amit served as Chief Marketing Officer at VXI Global Solutions, where he led global marketing strategy and growth initiatives across the organization.

Earlier in his career, Amit spent over a decade at Teleperformance, holding senior global marketing leadership roles and helping to build the company’s growth marketing discipline. During his tenure, he partnered closely with sales and account leadership to deliver more than $2B in new business, spearheaded account-based marketing programs targeting strategic global clients, and led the creation of an industry-recognized Technology Innovation Experience Center in Silicon Valley.

He also held CMO and senior marketing roles at Alorica and Foundever (Sitel), contributing to periods of rapid growth, transformation, and global expansion through both organic growth and M&A. Across roles, Amit is known for connecting strategy to execution, building strong cross-functional teams, and driving revenue growth at scale.
